BUY SIDE M&A ADVISORY
We assist clients in sourcing acquisition opportunities and approaching potential targets, along with assisting in diligence, valuation, bid strategy, structuring and negotiating terms to ensure a successful transaction.
SELL SIDE M&A ADVISORY
For clients looking to exit from a business we establish a divestiture process that maximizes value while balancing other potentially competing objectives. We provide guidance throughout the process, source buyers, and assist in the negotiations.
STRATEGIC ADVISORY SERVICES
Clients engage us to act as independent advisors for special projects ranging from independent valuations, strategic reviews, to pre-IPO consulting and investor marketing. Our independence allows us to provide honest, unfettered advice focused on building long-term value.
MERCHANT BANKING
Along with providing our clients with expert financial advice, in select situations we will invest alongside them and our Private Equity partners. We invest with successful entrepreneurs and assist them in developing their business for the long-term. The Courtfield Group will consider minority investments, as well as, control positions and buy-out opportunities.
